The 26th Shanghai Fair Malaysia 2026 will be held from 16 to 17 November 2026 (Monday & Tuesday) at MITEC Kuala Lumpur. The event is an international trade and business exhibition that serves as a platform for connecting Shanghai enterprises with buyers, distributors, importers, investors, industry associations, and business leaders across Malaysia and ASEAN. The exhibition showcases Shanghai’s manufacturing capabilities, innovative technologies, consumer products, healthcare solutions, and professional services while promoting cross-border trade and investment opportunities.
The exhibition is expected to feature over 300 Shanghai companies, approximately 550 exhibitors, more than 30 industry associations, and over 10,000 professional visitors across 12,000 square metres of exhibition space. The show covers five major sectors: manufacturing, healthcare, consumer goods, innovation technology, and trade services. In addition to product showcases, visitors can participate in business matching sessions, networking activities, investment seminars, industry exchange programmes, and panel discussions covering topics such as artificial intelligence, healthcare innovation, green chemicals, new materials, trade policies, and sustainable energy.
The event is primarily intended for importers, exporters, distributors, wholesalers, manufacturers, sourcing professionals, investors, trade associations, government agencies, and business decision-makers seeking business partnerships and sourcing opportunities. Companies interested in expanding trade relationships between Malaysia, ASEAN, and Shanghai will find the exhibition particularly relevant.
