13th International Real Estate Research Symposium (IRERS 2026) @ WTCKL

The 13th International Real Estate Research Symposium (IRERS 2026) is a premier biennial conference organized by INSPEN and JPPH Malaysia, serving as one of the region’s most respected platforms for real estate research, policy dialogue, and industry networking.

Since its inception in 2002, IRERS has attracted thousands of participants and 500+ research papers, fostering collaboration between government agencies, academia, industry leaders, and international associations.

The 2026 edition, themed “Reshaping Real Estate: Innovation & Inclusivity in a Digital World”, will feature plenary and parallel sessions, industry and academia forums, poster presentations, competitions, and technical visits. Selected papers will be published in Scopus‑indexed journals (Planning Malaysia Journal), reinforcing IRERS as a significant contributor to global real estate scholarship.
